About Me

About Me

Hello and welcome to my website!

My name is Hans Malarski. Language has always fascinated me. I did my first professional translations on a typewriter. Now, I advise clients on topics such as digitalization and Information 4.0. A lot has happened in the almost four decades in between.

In the mid-1980s, I was probably one of the first “translation managers“ ever, and in the early 1990s, I grew up with software localization in the US, where I lived and worked for nine years.

After returning to Germany, I completed a degree in Technical Documentation and studied to become an AIIM® Enterprise Content Management Master.

In the years that followed, my professional focus increasingly shifted towards consulting and strategic activities. In the process, I acquired a great deal of specialist knowledge in various industries, continually established best practices in the field of multilingual information management, and gained extensive project and leadership experience. However, it has always been important to me never to lose sight of my operational work as a translator and technical writer. I enjoy working with language far too much for that.

This is how, today, I can offer you high-quality language and consulting services.

Yours,

Hans Malarski
